How long does it take to buy a business?
Generally you should allow longer than for a normal residential transaction and once a sale has been agreed it can usually take 8-12 weeks for the legal process to be dealt with.

How can I finance my purchase of a business?

Our overall fee covers our initial inspection, consultation and assessment of your business’s value, preparation of detailed illustrated sales particulars, circularisation to our extensive mailing register as well as a programme of comprehensive national and regional advertising to ensure that your business reaches the widest possible market.
