 From the M5 Exeter Junction 30
Come off the M5 and head into Exeter following the signs for City Centre, on entering the city follow signs for Crediton A377. Head out of Exeter for 5 Miles towards Crediton, on entering the High Street our office is located on the left at the beginning of the High Street opposite HSBC Bank. There are a number of parking spaces right outside Cleverdons Estate Agency (parking for 45 mins free) plus additional parking in the main High Street “long stay” car park in St Saviours way.
Coming from Cornwall via Okehampton follow signs from Okehampton to Crediton A3072 join the A377 south, proceed for 3 miles, head into Crediton Town, our office will be seen at the far end of the High Street on the right, just opposite HSBC Bank (park for free in the main High Street 45 mins)
