Westcountry Commercial has recently sold Carney’s Bistro in Crediton to an experienced couple from Exeter, Caroline Grey & Richard Brent. This was one of the fastest transactions of the year with the property being sale agreed in only five days.

The new owners have many years experience in the trade, Caroline from a corporate food, drinks and front of house background whilst Richard an accomplished trained chef, who has worked in several of “Exeter’s” best restaurants and is looking forward to adding another dimension to the bistro ’s well established cuisine.
